Review: First I will talk about the positives of the show and talk about the negatives later. I am going to clarify one thing this is just a subjective opinion of mine. So don't be angry with me if you didn't feel the same way I felt about this manga.

It Achieved what it set out to do

The main theme of the story is the true value of life and the manga takes that value and measures it with actual money, it was a bizarre idea and it was handled really well to give a realistic and yet hopeful message to its readers. The protagonist is someone most of us average people can to relate to especially at the lowest points of our lives. We just like him look behind the old days and think about how we can change and replace the failure with a success that we may or may not achieve even if we get a second chance. The manga isn't about second chances since we will never get a second chance to undo the wrongdoings of the past, instead, it teaches us to focus on things that actually make us happy. The money that valued our mc's life is nothing more than a measure of someone else's subjective view on happiness. The writer did a fantastic job in approaching this message in a creative and easy to understand manner.

The Art Style is Beautiful

The art is something you've seen before as it is very simplistic and can be found in most generic romance mangas. However, the simplicity of the art in this manga is what makes it look more beautiful as it just fits the story the author wrote and it made me see what kind of atmosphere these characters were in.

The Negatives

I really liked how the manga explored mc's character arc but I was disappointed how it didn't explain some of the things, I want to know. It focused more on the character bonds rather than focusing on the organisation. We got the message that happiness is subjective. Its a good message but what about the organisation which is taking away the lives of people without any repercussions even if it is the subjects own will,  is it morally right to take someone's life without any repercussions? I wanted the manga to tackle that question I wanted to know how that organisation functions and who runs it? It's a shame that it didn't focus on the organisation that much.

Final Rating: 3.5/5

3 Days of Happiness despite its flaws achieved what it sets out to do. To teach the readers an important message that should be remembered throughout our lives.
